Training Cancellation Policy

 

Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. Payment methods include check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or purchase order that can be invoiced and paid prior to class. Please do not send cash.

Course Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration, a course syllabus, and directions to the Nu Solutions training lab will be emailed or faxed to you upon receipt of the payment or within 10 business days of the class. Please note that all classes are subject to cancellation within 10 business days of class due to low enrollment. If you have not received a written confirmation at least 10 business days before class, please contact us for more information.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Open-enrollment training courses are first-come, first-serve, so early registration is strongly recommended. If you must cancel your registration, another employee is welcome to take your place, but please contact us and notify us of the change. If you cannot find another employee to take your place, please refer to the cancellation and rescheduling policy table shown below.

  • 10+ business days notice of cancellation – 100% refund
  • 5-9 business days notice of cancellation – 50% refund
  • 0-4 business days notice of cancellation – No refund

Class begins promptly at 8:30 am and will finish at 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted. Please contact us at 907.336.0037 to confirm times.
